Product Overview

HRT is the first to introduce a Threaded Billet Radius Rod Inner gusset kit!

In stock!

If you answer yes to any of the following questions, you need this kit!

  • Are you looking to make life a breeze while working on your rear suspension?
  • Are you looking to support your rear bulkhead and radius rods?
  • Are your factory bolt holes egged out or sloppy?

Our radius rod gussets aka "dog bonez" have several advantages:

  • With this kit you can remove an individual radius rod without taking the radius rod plate off.
  • We use stronger 10.9 grade individual flanged head bolts with Nord-Lock Steel Wedge Washers keeping the bolts tight and eliminating the use of Loctite.
  • Using this kit will allow for quicker rear alignment changes, and broken rear axles just got easier.

Our gussets are CNC machined in house from BILLET 304 stainless steel true bar, tapped for individual radius rod bolts and gusset mounting screws. This eliminates the weak studs that comes from the factory.  304 stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistant properties already making it far superior compared to other companies that use steel nuts welded to a plate that can break off or rust.  They have a receiver groove lip machined in the correct mounting location.  Each one has a raised backbone support machined across it to make it rock solid.  Doing this doesn't allow flexing even in the harshest off-roading experiences making these simply the #1 choice.

Ours mount on the engine as shown in the pictures allowing you to use these with any stock or 12mm bolt Radius Rod.

Kit Includes: Upper, Middle, and Lower radius rod supports, 12mm 10.9 grade flanged head bolts, 12mm Nord-Lock washers, billet machined aluminum drill guide template for mounting locations, and 10-32 button head stainless steel mounting screws.

* Notes: Drill mounting screw size to 3/16" first according to template, then drill to 1/4" final size for misalignment.
