HRT's Double H-Bar support is constructed of 1.750" x .120 wall thick DOM tubing fully TIG welded with HRT's famous middle intrusion V-Bars like we use on all of our full cages, we use a split bolt together coupler in the middle so the H-beam comes in two pieces for ease of install and shipping. We make the roof skin from a ONE PIECE 5x8 sheet of .080" thick 5052 aircraft grade aluminum and brake the drip edges. This is what truely sets us apart from other companies that make them. Fully TIG welded seams, built-in raised rear wicker lip, and metal finished for a sharp clean look. We CNC machined roof leveling spacers, added 4 middle Dzus quick release fastners, middle intrusion clamps and include weather stripping foam to prevent hearing any rattles or noises.
